30-Day Return Policy

At Hasiera Home, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any bedding item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unwashed 
• In their original packaging
•  In resalable condition

Change of mind:
We accept returns for change of mind within 30 days. Please note, return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Faulty or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

How to return:
Simply email us at info@hasierahome.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
